My wife started all that we-ought-to-adopt-someone after watching The Blind Side. I said No. Then she asked for a tiny dog. I said No, Cooper is already eXtremely spoiled, and the lord and master of his domain. He might eat a small dog. Besides, I want a dog with a large brain. And on top of that I would be the one stuck at home with TWO dogs bossing me around. No thanks.
Any time I suggest a foster kid, Joe has about 15 clippings of newspaper stories involving angry foster kids who killed their parents. He's such a party pooper sometimes. Plus, I will make sure my foster kids have really bad aim.
Bahahaha! Hubs and I keep saying we're going to wait until we're 80 and adopt a 40-year-old...
